A Big Disappointment

Actually, this post would be better titled “Devastation” but that seemed a bit too dramatic, even for me. Still, if I were to report that I’m feeling anything less than devastated right now, I’d be lying, or at least sugar-coating the truth…

If you’d like to read more about this big disappointment, feel free to do so at my other blog, Second Hand Happiness.

  1. I’m so very sorry. It really sucks when something that you really want and you are really ready to work so hard for slips away from you. Take some time to let things sink in. I know you must be so sad right now. You are very strong and very focused and I know you will bounce back from this. (((hugs)))

  2. Trying not to be critical here of your significant other (because I don’t claim to know the whole story), but is there some reason he can’t find a better paying job to further your dreams of a second child or for you to stay home? I know it’s not always that easy, but I hate seeing you in so much pain and wish there was some answer!
